Sometimes when you travel, you naturally have questions. If you have any questions about food, dietary preferences, payments, cancellations, refunds, weather or anything else, we hope we have an answer for your below. If not, please feel free to contact us here and we would be happy to help.

FOOD / BEVERAGE / DIET

  • Great Question! When you book any of our experiences you will be asked if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. We enjoy tailoring our tours to give our guests the best experiences, provided we know in advance. We will do our best to make sure the necessary adjustments are made to accommodate your needs, if possible.

  • If you or someone in your party is a vegan or vegetarian please let us know in advance. We will do our best to ensure their dietary needs are met.

  • Come hungry!

    The Food Tour

    We suggest you have a light breakfast, at most. You might need space for 8+ tastings during the tour.

    Cocktails and Cuisine

    It might be best to have lunch before this experience. We will provide 4+ dishes, as well as cocktails, not to mention desert!

  • Glad you asked! All of our tours and experiences include some tasty beverages to quench your thirst.

    The Food Tour

    Please note, alcoholic beverages are not included on the tour, but can be purchased during the tour.

    We will provide a variety of cocktails from some of the best places in town.

TICKETS / CANCELATIONS / REFUNDS

  • Yes, you must purchase tickets in advance. We prefer that our guests purchase their tickets online to ensure the the best experience.

    For most tours, there is a cut off time for purchases.

  • We accept most major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept cash payments for any experiences.

  • In the event that you can not take your tour, we will gladly provide a full refund when you cancel 48 hours in advance of your scheduled tour date.

    There are no refunds for cancelations made less than 48 hours of your scheduled tour date.

    No shows are not eligible for refunds.

  • Yes. If you need to reschedule we would be more than happy to accommodate you.

    In order to successfully reschedule your tour we ask that you alert us no later than 3 hours before the tour. If you do not reschedule within 3 hours of your scheduled tour, the regular cancellation policy applies. (Please see Cancellation Policy)

    Note, the minimum booking requirements will apply to your rescheduled tour date. The tour must have the minimum amount of attendees, if applicable, otherwise the regular cancellation policy applies. (Please see Cancellation Policy)

  • Our tour prices include fun, facts, fantastic food, drinks and a passion for all things culinary.

  • We do not include gratuity for tour guides in our price. If you enjoyed your experience, feel free to tip your guides!
